They’re gone, All gone!

posted by Yellena in New Work

I had so much fun listing the new ones Friday night that I forgot how sad it always is to see them go. Although, it does make me truly happy to know that they will be adding a little joy an light to someone else’s home! Thank you so much to all who swung by and especially those of you who committed to supporting the arts and myself by purchasing one of my originals! I hope you enjoy your painting for a lifetime! Don’t forget to water it regularly. No, wait! Don’t. But feel free to talk nicely to it on a regular basis! They love that. Here they are -

Organelle

Temple

Early Bright

Chrysalis

Aurelia

Thanks for looking! See you next time!

Originals Sneak Peek

Here are some close-ups from some of the paintings I have finished for my next Originals post. I’m hoping to list them on Friday, but will follow up with an exact time both here and via email once all the listings are ready. If you are not on my mailing list yet, please email me. I don’t like to pat myself on the back too much, but if you would like a painting - be fast! On my November 1st listing, all 6 originals sold in a matter of minutes. Here’s a little taste of what’s to come!

Oh My!
Scrumptious!
Mmm-mmmm!
Delicious!

You & Me - New print

posted by Yellena in New Work

Inspired by a tenacious and resilient weed growing out of the stone floor of my balcony, this one is another exploration of the color pink. It is a color that I used to shun but have recently grown to embrace. It is very powerful even in small doses such as this.

Gocco by Candlelight

posted by Yellena in New Work

We had a bad storm this past weekend and lost electricity for two days. I realized how addicted to Etsy I am. Andrew and I were stuck in the house with no heat, no phones and no coffee. All of sudden it dawned on me that I can still use my Go-Go Gocco! So I set it up in the candlelight and along came “Mint”. Enjoy! =)

Someday - Print by Yellena

This drawing is a bit less complicated than my other works. I’m very pleased with the outcome and I’ll probably make more similar to this one. Hope you like it! =)
